The PWLabs team have been pioneering innovative, Interactive Immersive digital experiences for over 20 years.

With an accomplished international team of artists, designers, software developers, creative producers, and technology specialists, PWLabs have developed over 50 international projects around the world for distinguished clients such as the Marchivum Mannheim Germany, Ministry of Culture Norway, The Government of Canada Canadian Heritage, The Smithsonian Institution, International Olympic Committee, The Science Museum London, La Cite des Sciences Paris, and many others. Our extensive experience working with cultural, educational, governmental, and health/science organizations allows us to bring a rich multi-disciplinary insight to experience design.

Formerly known as Immersion Studios and I-mmersion, we are now Parallel World Labs. Our global team works from across Canada, Europe and the United States, but our 'home base' is a studio north of Toronto nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, on an organic tree farm in Big Bay Ontario. We welcome you to join us there to explore, innovate and realize your story!

Mission

Our Mission is to explore with you and discover creative innovative ways to tell compelling and meaningful stories about complex real-world subjects. We are a forward thinking company that contributes positively to social change. Adapting state of the art technologies to create immersive experiences that merge the virtual world with the real world, creating connections that impact and improve our lives is our DNA.

Vision

We're out to expand the possibilities for story telling through new forms of digital media that inspire personal expression and allow deep exploration of complex issues. How? We think that advanced media applications, when built on a deep learning model, hold the potential to offer audiences multi-world experiences that foster deep understanding and meaning in the new "real-time world" we now inhabit: a world where ubiquitous connectivity, active participation and co-creation have replaced the old, passive consumer experience.
